06.

Quality Elementary Education

Due to closure of corona pandemic the education of children had gone down, so looking towards the chaotic state these education centers were established and run for the better education of the children. This center focuses on the education of the dropout children who for various reasons are not able to go to schools and are deprived of education. This learning center runs every day either in the morning or evening. These Remedial Learning centers are running in our target villages and specialized tutors are appointed for this task. In this learning center children of various classes come to learn and educate themselves. The tutors in the center help pinpoint specific areas where students are facing difficulties, whether it is reading or writing etc. They provide one on one or small group instruction, tailoring their approach to each student’s individual learning style and pace. And build up the self esteem of the struggling students by offering them a supportive environment where they can build confidence and believe in their abilities and potentials. It also provides extra practice and guidance to help students catch up with their peers and master essential skills by addressing learning difficulties early on. They make use of the teaching learning method in order to make learning better and also ask them to clear their doubts if not understood and personally goes to each child who is lacking behind to help them out in any difficulty while reading or writing the things being taught to them. In between the classes recreational activities are also done so that the children are equally energetic and motivated to read and write their daily lessons. They also take part in sports, events and cultural program which is organized by the organization and it is observed that there are talented children who had excelled in the sports which had taken place.
